This project encompasses eight semi-attached villas, each having four bedrooms.

The design harmoniously follows the natural slope of the street, enhancing the aesthetic integration with the surroundings. Each villa features both front/back gardens, incorporates a basement and a rooftop with various utility services. The basement conveniently opens to a shared garage that runs beneath the entire row of units, providing entry and exit points at both ends for added convenience and accessibility.
