Project Summary:
The design process for this villa began with our involvement in selecting the site, strategically positioned to capture picturesque views of Fuhais, located in the northwest of Amman, and the lush, tree-covered countryside of Al Hummar.
The villa's layout was thoughtfully conceived, focusing on orientation to maximize the visual experience from key areas within the residence. Given the steep slope of the site, meticulous planning and clever utilization of hardscape elements were employed to seamlessly integrate the building, ensuring minimal need for imposing boundary retaining walls.
