Project Summary:
This office building has been meticulously designed to serve as the flagship headquarters for DCP International Company, providing the group with contemporary, fully equipped office spaces, material testing laboratories, showrooms, a training center, and essential storage areas.
The building incorporates car parking facilities on the cellars and the first basement levels, while the second basement is designated for storage purposes. On the ground floor, one finds a prominent showroom showcasing the company's products, as well as a training center and cafeteria catering to the needs of the employees. The third floor is dedicated to housing cutting-edge material testing laboratories, complete with all necessary facilities and accompanying offices. Subsequent floors are strategically allocated for offices, serving both the current operational needs and the company's potential future expansion plans.
