Our firm was awarded the first prize and commissioned for this prestigious project following an architectural competition. This luxurious apartment building is situated in the vibrant Jabal Amman area of the capital. The design of the apartments takes into consideration all site-specific factors, strategically arranging terraces to offer captivating views of the city of Amman from various elevations.
Comprising a total of seven apartments, the building features a cellar floor housing essential building services and resident parking. The ground floor is dedicated to the entrance lobby, a service area, and a communal lounge that opens up to a garden terrace within a section of the floor. Additionally, there is one apartment on this level. The first through third floors each accommodate two apartments per floor, embodying an elegant blend of design and functionality.
