Project Summary:

Situated in Dabouq, this three-story villa occupies an 809 square meter plot. The layout is organized as follows:

  • Basement: Features a spacious multi-purpose hall and dedicated service areas.

  • Ground Floor: Contains a formal sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, a guest bedroom, and a primary living room that extends out to the garden.

  • First Floor: Comprises a master suite, two additional bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a private living area.

Because the site is sloped, the garden is split across two distinct levels, connecting directly with both the ground and first floors—to create an engaging indoor-outdoor living experience
